锦翔自动化于2009年成立于浙江,起初以表面处理设备及自动化设备服务及维护为主,在任何一种行业中本就是一项服务,在我们不断努力与时共进,赢得了越来越多的客户。
经历初期发展后,公司转型为专业设计、生产、销售为一体的各种自动化表面处理设备企业。
经过十多年的努力发展,以现代技术为中心理念,不仅在五金表面处理行业,而且在玻璃表面处理行业,自动化机器人搬运,大数据工厂整核及以互联网+制造都均取得良好的成果。目前已使用的客户分布中国国内、泰国、马来西亚、俄罗斯、印度、土尔其、印尼、秘鲁等。

Jiashan Jinxiang Automation Machinery Co.,Ltd. is established in year 2009in Zhejiang,China.
Initially the company main business is providing service and maintenance for
surface treatment equipment and automated equipment,in our continuous efforts and advance with the times,we have won more and more customers. After the initial development,the company transformed into a professional design, production and sales of various automated surface treatment equipment

生产,提高多样化运营。设备具有良好的废气收集系统与新风系统,天车位置采用绝对值标尺定位系统,全线所有传感器部件使用通讯传输。

概要:回转生产线以电机或油压系统为驱动,采用传送链条,主机构进行上下横向移动。从而使产品在每个工位进行处理,达到最终效果。

去氢炉又称除氢炉,本设备采用马达连续式驱动,整个周期时间可调整,温度采用PID运算控制并节能,外层
高效的保温设计保护,可以根据客户不同的要求进行扩大产量(单层/双层/多层)设计。
The dehydrogenation furnace is also called the hydrogen removal furnace.This equipment is continuously driven by a motor. The entire cycle time can be adjusted. The temperature is controlled by PID calculation and energy saving. The outer layer has an efficient heat preservation design, can be designed to expand the output according to requirements ofcustomers(single layer/double layer/multilayer).

自动热镀锌表面处理设备
Automatic hot-dip galvanizing surfacetreatment equipment

热镀锌(galvanizing)也叫热浸锌和热浸镀锌,是将除锈后的钢件浸入500℃左右融化的锌液中,使钢构件表面附着锌层,从而起到防腐的目的。是一种有效的金属防腐方式,主要用于各行业的金属结构设施上。热镀锌工业是近几十年来伴随工业飞速发展才得到大规模需求。热镀锌工艺流程:成品酸洗-水洗-加助镀液-烘干-热镀锌-冷却-药化-清洗-热镀锌完工。而自动热镀锌不仅在劳动力输出部分得到减轻,在大批量生产上面也同样提升。

Hot-dip galvanizing(galvanizing)is to immerse the derusted steel parts in a molten zinc solution at about 500℃ to attach a zinc layer to the surface of the steel parts to achieve the purpose of corrosion protection.lt is an effective metal anti-corrosion method, mainly used in metal structure facilities in various industries. The hot-dip galvanizing industry has receive large-scale demand with the rapid development of the industry in recent decades. Hot-dip galvanizing process:finished product pickling-washing-adding auxiliary plating solution-drying-rack plating-cooling-chemical treatment-cleaning-polishing-hot-dip galvanizing completed. The automatic hot-dip galvanizing is not only reduced in labor output, but also improved in mass production.

电泳表面处理设备

阴极电泳涂料所含的树脂带有碱性基团,经酸中和后成盐而溶于水。通直流电后,酸根负离子向阳极移动,树脂离子及其包裹的颜料粒子带正电荷向阴极移动,并沉积在阴极上,这就是电泳涂装的基本原理(俗称镀漆)。电泳涂装是一个很复杂的电化学反应,一般认为至少有电泳、电沉积、电解、电渗这四种作用同时发生。广泛用于汽车,高铁等行业。

The resin contained in the cathodic electrophoretic coating has basic groups,which form a salt after acid neutralization and dissolve in water. After the direct current is applied, the acid radical negative ions move to the anode and the resin ions and the pigment particles wrapped in it move to the cathode with positive charges and are deposited on the cathode. This is the basic principle of electrophoretic coating (commonly known as paint coating) Electrophoresis coating is a very complex electrochemical reaction. It is generally believed that at least four effects of electrophoresis, electrodeposition,electrolysis, and electroosmosis occur simultaneously. It is widely used in automobiles, high-speed rail and other industries.

随着工业4.0和柔性制造的推进,本公司早于2020年采用通讯、无线控制行车,本系统采用PLC架构运行处理,可以进行无线终端及PC操作,数据集中管理控制,具有独立运行及灵活变化可控性,采用数据通讯总线传输为桥梁,自动收集整个设备信息数据,具有多车移动异步锁定、同步互锁、工艺跳转、多阶权限、自动识别、自由编辑、电压电流自动控制、温度\PH在线时实控制、自动添加药水等,系统报警保护已达800多点全方位事件处理。

This system adopts PLC architecture for operation and pracessing and can be operated by wireless terminals and PCs. it has controllability of data centralized management and control independentoperation and flexible changes, using data communication bus transmission as a bridge, automatically collecting the entire equipment information data, with multi-crane mobile asynchronous locking, synchronous interlocking, process jump, multi-level authority automatic identification, free editing, automatic voltage and current control,temperature\PH online real-time control, automatic addition of chemical agent,etc., the system alarm protection has reached more than 800 points ofall-round event processing.

采用高级计算机语言研究开发根据客户不同工艺进行定制管理系统软件,本系统采用ARM+PC架构联接PLC系统进行数据对接,可以通讯云服务及直联方式对系统全方位监控操作;二维码/条型码扫描跟踪入料、 生产资料管理,入料计划、入料系统数据管理、流程制程、报表系统。历吏记录系统、权限管理、曲线图、O-EE计算等功能。

目前已实现手机、平板、PC等智能终端进行数据监控操作及自动异常反馈系统,采用独立云处理器提高了数据的及时性与稳定性。可根据客户要求进行订制数据接口与对接ERP管理系统。

This system uses ARM+PCarchitecture to connect to the PLC system for data docking. The system can be monitored and operated in a full range of communication cloud services and direct connections; QR code/ Barcode scanning and tracking of incoming materials,production data management, incoming materials plan, incoming system data management, process manufacturing, report system, calendar record system, authority management, graph, o- EE calculation and other functions.
At present, smart terminals such as mobile phones,tablets, and PCs have been implemented to perform data monitoring operations and automatic abnormal feedback systems.The use of independent cloud processors has improved the timeliness and stability of data. Customized data interface and docking ERP management system can be customized according to customer requirements
